Sally’s isolation story

I live with my parents, my husband and our almost one year old son. He was really poorly in February, and it continued for five weeks. I was terrified he had covid-19. I got sick too because we spent so much time together. I had to stay away from my parents because they’re both vulnerable. My husband was exhausted from looking after us and going to work.

I will probably never know if we had covid-19. I’m very grateful we got better when we did, and that lock down finally happened. It’s not been easy, but I feel safe again, and my baby is okay.
